I changed my mind, so go fuck yourself and just listen to the music...bitch, bitch, bitch...

1. Ezra Furman and the Harpoons - Take Off Your Sunglasses

2. Third Eye Blind - The Background

3. Death Cab For Cutie - Title And Registration

4. Alkaline Trio - Bleeder

5. Bob Dylan - Don't Think Twice, It's Alright

No Play List and Puking....

I regretfully say that there will no play list today - my mood just does not allow for it. Plus, I am physically not feeling it which brings me to my next point...

Puking at work sucks. After you up chuck, you usually wanna just lie down, not type.

At the the same time, vomiting is very interesting. Right before you feel like death, while you're doing it you feel gross, after you feel really good for a couple minutes and then comes the gross taste and the return of the nausea 5 minutes later.

I just find the quick and frequent dips and bends are interesting...with that, have a WONDERFUL day everyone...

7/6/09...Back to work...awesome...help me kill sometime...

1. Elliott Smith – Some Song

2. Wilco - She's a Jar

3. Saves The Day - Always Ten Feet Tall

This song reminds me of one of my best friends from high school, Karin. She was fucking awesome and we had absurd amounts of fun together...we often would listen to this song and split the harmony part on the breakdown. It was good fucking times...the best of em...time machine...go back to Junior year of high school...can't hear this song without thinking of those car rides...I remember went to a Discount/Less Than Jake show once and we only really went for Discount and missed them cause we were busy eating and talking down the road...for anyone who is not as cool as us, Discount was a punk band from Florida...the lead singer of Discount was Alison Mosshart...you may now know her as W...she is now one half of "The Kills"...it all comes around....

4. The Shins - Phantom Limb

5. Badly Drawn Boy - Promises

The Weakertans - Anchorless! Just vocals and keys...UNREAL!

I couldn't wait for my next play list. This band is amazing and so is this song. The lyrics to all of their songs destroy me...

They called here to tell me that your're finally dying,
through a veil of childish cries.
Southern Manitoba prairie's pulling at the pant leg of your bad disguise.
So why were you so anchorless?
Shoebox full of photos;
found a grainy mirror.
Sunken cheeks and slender hands.
Grocery lists and carbon-copied letters offer silence for my small demands.
Hey how'd you get so anchorless?
Got an armchair from your family home.
Got your P.G. Wodehouse novels, and your telephone.
Got your plates and stainless steel.
Got that way of never saying what you really feel: so anchorless.
A boat abandoned in some backyard.
Anchorless in the small town that you lived and died in.

7/2/09...no work tomorrow! FUCK YEAH! Gives me an extra day to find my soul...
