The Weakertans - Anchorless! Just vocals and keys...UNREAL!

I couldn't wait for my next play list. This band is amazing and so is this song. The lyrics to all of their songs destroy me...

They called here to tell me that your're finally dying,
through a veil of childish cries.
Southern Manitoba prairie's pulling at the pant leg of your bad disguise.
So why were you so anchorless?
Shoebox full of photos;
found a grainy mirror.
Sunken cheeks and slender hands.
Grocery lists and carbon-copied letters offer silence for my small demands.
Hey how'd you get so anchorless?
Got an armchair from your family home.
Got your P.G. Wodehouse novels, and your telephone.
Got your plates and stainless steel.
Got that way of never saying what you really feel: so anchorless.
A boat abandoned in some backyard.
Anchorless in the small town that you lived and died in.

7/2/09...no work tomorrow! FUCK YEAH! Gives me an extra day to find my soul...

No disrespect ....

VS.

Meant to Billy Mays...I really liked him and even watched his new show "Pitchmen" on Discovery...not bad. BUT, my main point is my confusion over his death getting more publicity then the fact that Madoff got 150 years in prison.

This guy not only stole billions of dollars, but destroyed foundations, people, and families.

I feel bad for Mays and his family, but I don't know...just doesn't make that much sense to me...

6/29/09....I really hate those $5 Foot Long commericals for Subway...

The one with the girl, in the purple hoody with tattoos...it makes me wanna jump into the TV, eat her face off as punishment and run myself head first into a brick wall covered in broken glass...now, for the music:

1. The Rentals - The Love I'm Searching For (some random ass video, but the song is good quality...)

2. Alex of Phantom Planet - Nobody's Fault (Live, Acoustic on a mandolin!)

3. Jon Brion - Knock Yourself Out (I am in love with this video...it's retarded and HI-larious)

4. The Smiths - Frankly, Mr. Shankly

5. The Get up Kids - Don't hate me

Cops Find 100 Pounds of Pot in Casket

Just thought this was funny....would have been more clever to put an actual dead body in there...amateurs! :)

"A casket minus a cadaver yielded nearly 100 pounds of marijuana after a traffic stop in Dallas.

William Dale Crock of Cave City, Ark., was in jail Friday on a marijuana possession charge, plus traffic and seat belt violations.

Dallas police say Crock was arrested Wednesday when bundles of marijuana were discovered under the casket's cover and pillow.

Sr. Cpl. Kevin Janse said the van turned up during surveillance on a suspected drug house. Police stopped the van in Mesquite after noticing Crock not wearing a seat belt. Officers also said he allegedly ran a red light and made an improper lane change.

A drug-sniffing dog alerted officers to the casket in the van.

The online records of the Lew Sterrett Justice Center had no listing for an attorney for Crock."
